Thorpe Clark Collection. 'Lintel at top of stanchion, pocket for rib of dome'. 25 May 1910, showing the ring at the base of the dome, with the socket where the rib is to connect. This is important because it shows the reinforcement of the ring beam to be conventional bars, probably similar to Monash's design, rather than Kahn's bars. H93.39/25. La Trobe Picture Collection.
